I think it's too complicated for what I need.

I need just simple thing, which still saves that quality in exporting what I imported and do god job.
Can be not free, doesn't matter.

Audacity is dead simple. Just open one song with it then drag the other song into it. Export the file and voila: one song. Garageband can do this as well.
