For people that have been shooting ProRAW, what is your favorite app for editing the files?

The images captured in good lighting with the 14PM really look amazing, and it's the first time I feel like shooting raw and going through the trouble of editing pictures taken on my phone, but I'm not so happy with the workflow.

Problem is I've been using LR but it feels like I have to move 20 sliders to get to where I want. Even with the correct profile/tone mapping applied, I either get crushed shadows or blown highlights. I always have to recover shadows and highlights, then mess with the exposure, but that gives me a very flat image which requires even more adjustments.

When I'm in my notebook, I use Capture One and I can achieve the same results much quicker. In C1 the "Shadow" and "Black" sliders will recover shadows without messing too much with overall contrast, but there's no mobile app so I can't edit on the go.

ProRAW has been a thing for a while now, but I feel like LR doesn't handle them very well compared to Sony or Fujifilm RAW, for example.
Any suggestions?

I am a total beginner in post-processing. I recently started messing around with RAW processing on an app called Darkroom (link: https://darkroom.co/). I haven't paid a cent yet, but I'm still having fun with the free features.
