What is Best App that continuously monitors all your hard drives and SSD that are connected to your MBA M1 ? This way before problem arises with a drive, it can warn you about corrupt files or sectors and try to repair it too (if possible). I used to use Checkmate on my 2012 Mac Mini but could not find it in appstore anymore.

DriveDX will send you notifications about disk status.

They announced the release of an Apple Silicon driver. Not sure about the app - maybe it works in Rosetta mode?

Free download available.

I like this app, been using it a few years now for the intel iMac and external hard drives, not checked the site out for the M1 upgrade (only a few days into this) or what I need to do but it has highlighted issues for me in the past.

Edit 29/6/21 Hmmm. Tried to get it running again today on the new iMac and issues ensued. Had to tell the start up security to load the extension, not an issue, but the drives kept dropping out with warnings I was not ejecting them correctly. De installed and shall await developments.
