Best app to record video that is automatically saved to a remote cloud/server?

I am looking for something that will allow me to record videos that are up to 15 minutes long, but would still be accessible even if the device is destroyed during the process.

Will iCloud behave this way, even if the phone is damaged before actually pressing the "stop" button?
