I am interested in drawing some basic medical illustrations. This is one of the reasons I got the iPad Pro.

Anyone here has any good recommendation?

The one I'm currently using used to be called "iDraw" but Autodesk bought them and it's called "Graphic" now.

How is it? Not used a vector program on the iPad yet.

It's pretty capable for diagrams and illustrations. At least at my skill level which is about intermediate. :) I still use Procreate the most out of my creative apps but that's raster. Another vector app I've used and like is Concepts. It's a bit newer than the original iDraw/Graphic app and has some IAP for extra tools, but it's a nice one as well, and I think you can try it out for free to see if you like it.

Graphic is worth the price though, I think I paid $8.99 back when it was iDraw.

Thanks for replying. Which one is easier for beginners like me?

Wonder if there is anything free?

Listen to what members have suggested. Graphic by Autodesk is pretty good.

My students used Adobe Illustrator Draw (free, but you have to have an Adobe Creative Cloud account, also free).
