    Hey guys,

Pretty much everything stated in the description. After research I have narrowed it down to Bolse and Tech Armor. I only know about the braided cable quality from Radio Shack, the AUVIO 6ft braided cable. Which brand is the better framed? Has anyone tried both? If not, which 6ft, mfi certified braided cable brand do you recommend?

I have a Tech Armour cable. Fairly pleased with it, not sure how to get excited over a cable (only angry if it goes wrong).

At least it has a lifetime warranty. Although I know Amazon won't honour it and I'll have to go direct to the manufacturer, and that might end up being a problem because I'm in the UK.

Anker. They have a 18 month warranty and will stand behind it.

Check out monoprice. They have a braided cable with a charging indicator that seems really cool. I think it's like 15 bucks for a 6ft one. From what I read monoprice is as good as any if not th best when it comes to cable quality.

    This 100%
That's the only place I get my cables. Much like all the reviews there, I have nothing but good experiences with their stuff, so far so good.

I just ordered a few Monoprice cables today. I've read good things about them. We'll see how it goes.

For whatever reason, I had bought 2- 6ft Anker lightning cables & had trouble w/ my Alarm going off in the morning. It happened twice in the first week of use. Returned both back to Amazon. FWIW I don't have any problems w/ Anker's 3ft cables

I got a 6ft ALLreLi cable (MFI certified) and it's the best one I've used aftermarket. It's lightning end is about the same size as a genuine Apple one so it fits all cases. Also, the wire is thicker and doesn't kink as easily as an oem Apple one. I liked it so much I just bought another 9.9 ft one for my bedroom.

They also have braided, which is what you said you wanted

Anker is not MFi certified with Apple. Their products are neither authorized or approved by Apple. I suspect they're using counterfeit chips in the cables to circumvent Apple's certification requirements. You can check the list yourself......https://mfi.apple.com/MFiWeb/Authorized MFi Manufacturing Licensees.pdf

Anker is also known as Hunan Ocean Wing

I'd like to see a review roundup of these certified cables since I'm in the market for something myself.

Odd. Neither Amazon nor Monoprice are on that list?

That's odd, Anker advertises that there lighting cables are MFI certified. I'm sure being as large of a company as they are along with Amazon and Monoprice they wouldn't falsely advertise that they are MFI certified

The list is a couple of months old, but that is weird Anker and Amazon aren't there.

I had the apple 6ft lightning cable connected to my nightstand and my wife has the monoprice 6ft. Her's has some apart (mostly due to her yanking it from the phone) and monoprice has replaced them with no question. I don't even have to return the defective one. good customer service.

I've tested the Monoprice cables on iOS 9.1 beta 1 and they work perfect. Haven't had any issues charging or restoring via iTunes. Plus they are great quality.
