Anyone receive an aftermarket Watch Adapater that looks as good, if not better, than OEM? Every one I have seen in pics looks awful like it is made of pot metal, and is not polished like OEM.

Looking for a Stainless Steel product, polished to Apple's standards.

I received this one today (it took less than 24 hrs to get to me from the seller) and I am very happy with it. While I don't have an original Apple one to compare it to, it looks fine to me especially assuming the majority of it will be covered up.

Most importantly it fits absolutely perfectly. http://www.ebay.com/itm/221765739328?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&var=520612059978&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I just ordered a "black" one from the link below. It's gonna take awhile, but once it arrives I'll post some pics.

Does the finish match the Apple Watch's stainless steel finish?

Pics would be great if you have the time. Thanks!

I have all the ones you see for sale right now. I'd say they are meh at best. Enough to get us over the hump. I'll be posting pictures with nato bands shortly. Hoping for something better soon.

For those of us who are itching to pull the trigger on these lugs, can you provide more on an explanation as to why they are "meh"? Do they fit the watch properly? Do they match the finish? Are they secure?

Thanks.

Seeing a lot of lugs and extra bands starting to show up online, haven't purchased anything yet. Keep an eye out for new things as of the last week, that was when Apple released the 3rd party specs and requirements.

That tells me we should be seeing some legit ones soon. My only speculation is that the lugs out right now aren't up to our standards and Apple users.

I received this one from Amazon today, so far I love it and it even came with the leather band and screwdriver!

Guys if your going to use these types of adaptors make sure to use some sort of locktite on the screws or your going to lose your watch or at least have it fall off.

Glad to hear about the fit. I ordered form this seller too. Mine arrives today.

That looks pretty bad actually(just my opinion). I don't like the fact that the width of the band doesn't match the width of the watch. And that can't be actual leather, sure doesn't look like it.

With field style lugs such as this, the band usually doesn't fill up the entire width of the adapter. Since the lugs are curved, there's a straight portion, and a curved portion. The band should only live on the straight portion. Even Apple's classic buckle has a few millimeters of play between the lugs. It would look silly with a 28mm wide band on it...if you could even find one. You need more contrast between the width of the band and the width of the watch. That said, this band looks like it's about 20mm... I'd probably put a 22mm band on it. Or even 24mm if it's the 42mm Apple Watch.

I never had any intention of keeping that band on it, clearly made for the 38mm watch.

I bought this band today and as a G-Shock fanboy I LOVE the look because it's just like their bands.
