Best application for cloning a DVD movie?

I'm trying to make copies of some family footage on DVD, and eventually get to my personal DVD collection. I'm wondering what's the best software for doing so? Thanks in advance!

OSX Leopard
8GB Ram
2010 13" Macbook Pro

If it's a homemade dvd; ie, non copyright, then Disc Utility will do the job quite easily. It's in your Applications folder.
