Take a look at the password manager KeePassXC. It has a Timed One-Time Passwords (TOTP) feature. Make sure that you use two separate databases for 2FA and regular passwords to benefit from the 2FA security concept.

I am okay happy with Authy. I especially like their Apple Watch app, which makes things so much easier. It does have a clunky interface otherwise, but at least it is so simple that it doesn't come in the way of working.
Agreed. It's the one I use, been using for a bunch of years.
However, as OP mentioned, no longer works on Mac, so unless OP wants to just use iOS/iPadOS versions (which is what I do since phone is always near by), will need some other app.
