This backs up documents, browser profile etc. 2GB is free and I don't backup any huge folders with this. SuperDuper clone every so often so that I can boot straight off it in the event of a hard disk failure. I can use that until I get a new hard disk. DVD-R's with my music on which I keep elsewhere.
