Best Batch Encoder?

I currently have Visual Hub but it will only encode multiple files with the same settings, I simply wish to convert a batch of video's to h264 but be able to set the size & bitrate of each file before I click the Encode Button.

Handbrake does batch encoding and you can select settings for each file.

been giving it ago, keeps crashing toomuch for my liking.
