best battery to buy for mbp 15''

My mbp battery is completely dead, can you tell me where is the best place to buy a replacement online,

Should i just get one from the apple store or is there a cheaper alternative which is as good or better

Which model MBP do you have, that will dictate whether non-apple replacements are available.

I'd just go with apple unless a replacement battery has longer uptime.

ebay has quite a selection. I've had mixed results with non-Apple batteries. They may charge & work okay but fit, color or all functions like lights may not work as good as Apple OEM.
