Best Blu-ray player software for an iMac

I have an external player connected to my new (refurbished 2021) iMac (Tahoe 26.6.2) that is working fine but I am struggling to find blu ray player to watch my Blu-ray discs on. The MacGo software is perfect except when I tried to purchase it, to get rid of the watermark, the site says it is discontinued! Any help/pointers etc is welcome.

I can only tell you what I did with my own Blu-ray and DVDs, nearly a decade ago...

MakeMKV converted the disc to a file; then HandBrake converted it to a format playable in iTunes (at the time; TV now) and shareable via Home Sharing.

The discs themselves are long-since rotting (very slowly) at the landfill.

Is the watermark logo relatively small and unobtrusive?

If that's the case, I'd just keep using it so long as it continues to run.

Subler is a better alternative to Handbrake, it will convert from mkv to MP4 losslessly, and it's primarily designed to make video files work with iTunes.

Why would you throw them away instead of reselling or even donating them? No reason to contribute to the loss of physical media.

Because they're "mine" - I'm making a backup, and still using it. If I sell or donate them, I should (ethically) delete my backups.

Yes, without the media I can't PROVE the backups are ethical. But that's not my concern. I know they're ethical, and that's good enough for me.
