best books?

hi i want to learn how to develop iphone apps..can anyone recommend me the best books?btw i dont know anything about developing so i need to learn from from the basics

If you have never programmed before you should start first with programming on simpler platforms. Or developing webapps.

A good book to get started on general programming is Programing for Dummies (dumb name, great series of books).

I don't know of any specific books for iOS but Apple's SDK has very good documentation.
