Best budget stand-alone 360 degree camera?

Just like the title says. I am looking for a 360 digital camera that will not break the bank. Anyone have any thoughts? I tried the Gear 360 V1 and the Ricoh Theta SC but I was not too impressed.

Note: I am using an iPhone.
