No Silver 16GB 512 or 1TB on Amazon or Best Buy.

How can i get that at a discount for Black Friday if nobody carries it
Come on

I wish Apple themselves would do sales

Apple doesn't do "sales" during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, they do "Shopping Events" and offer free Apple gift cards with the purchase of various items.

Last year's...

They also have the 15 inch with 16gb and 512 storage on sale its just not advertised you have to search it out. I think it's only in midnight. 250.00 off. You have to get their rewards program which is 50.00 but when you check out they are now giving it to you for free for one year so you get the 50.00 back. As far as I can tell. Shows $1399 at BestBuy for me. Even better. Wish BB would adjust their open-box prices when new are drastically discounted because the open box are almost the same price as new instead of also being drastically reduced in price.

I'm wary of any of the Best Buy memberships. Mine keeps auto-renewing and charging in spite of contacting their customer service monthly and confirming cancelation. They apologize and say it won't happen again, until it does.
It’s easy to cancel on the app.

Yeah I noticed it dropped down to 1399.00 I think that's because they take an extra 50.00 off because the auto enroll you in their rewards program. You have to cancel it next year or you get charged 50.00. But still 1399.00 is a good deal.

Maybe 16GB is about to be the new base and Best Buy wants to get rid of their 8GB crap. I know Sonoma is bad but it's even worse with 8GB. I'm backing up my M1 Air right now so I can restore to the [less crappy] OS with which it shipped.
I just ordered a M2 Air with 16gb of ram. Had a 8gb version and I have had zero issues. Tests on youtube show it rarely swapped with the SSD. Maybe your workload needs more ram, because Sonoma zips along on 8gb for me.

Very good deal for the 15" Air
Yes it is. The price will go up once they don't announce a 15 M3 air. Bestbuy is hedging its bets on one being released. I just picked one up for $1600 today with 16gb?1tb Midnight. And another for my daughter starlight base model for $850. For $2450 I got two MacBook Airs. Best deal going. I always buy the previous model and rarely am I worried if I made a bad choice.
Thank you BestBuy!:):)
