I wanna get a general of idea of when we (best buy orders; there are dozens of us! literally dozens! )
will receive our order

Shipping: It said expedited, but I guess that's just standard since I didn't pay extra.
 
Anyone know if they will carry the cellular version on launch day? They don't have it online.

Some Best Buy stores you can order online and pickup in store.

Not sure. And it doesn't seem like the associates at the store know either.

If it helps at all the rep on the phone said on her side it shows my iPad will be delivered on the 24th. On my side it just shows will be released on the 24th.

I just called Best Buy customer service and for some reason, they automatically knew that I placed an order for the iPad Air 2. Didn't have to enter in any information. Weird.

Anyway, they said the expected delivery date is November 4th.

Edit: I guess they just used the phone number I provided at checkout to lookup the information. That's cool.
 
My in store pickup date for Black 64GB Wi-Fi is Friday. I'd be a bit annoyed if they have them stocked Thursday and so many people are receiving them via mail, but then don't release mine until Friday regardless.
 
I've been tried to order on best buy, but I can't seem to get it to ship to my dorm/home/ do an in store pick up, it says unable to ship/ unavailable :mad:
Anyone know why?

I tried calling and they said they couldn't either.

I wanted to cancel b/c they couldn't modify my shipping to expedited even if i paid extra.

I looked online and saw that If i ordered I could get expedited shipping and receive this sunday....
oh well.... that's best buy for you...
 
I had to order mine thru Best Buy because I had a giftcard from a previous purchase I had to return.

I was told by customer service that i'll get the iPad on Friday, but it is still stuck in payment validated.

Hope to get it sooner rather than later.
 
Does anyone know when Best Buy (or any other retailer) is actually getting them in stock? I'm hoping to just waltz right in and buy one since I was holding out for the reviews about RAM and such. I'm also hoping that since I'm getting the 128GB model that I have a better chance of picking one up since they won't be as popular? But they might also have less in-stock.

I'm hoping they'll have some cellular models by the end of the week. I'm only going through BBY because of the trade-in offer and I have a first gen iPad mini that they'll give me an extra $50 for.
