Best Buy refurbished watches

I just purchased a 38mm refurb for $211 for my wife's birthday. It looks like Best Buy is the only place to purchase refurbs with none on the apple store. Who is performing the refurb? Or is this just a geek squad checked open box?

ha, there's little chance they opened it up.

If it was in store, I assume it was probably purchased and returned, or open box somehow.

There is no in-store pickup. I tried to get a open box ($224) but there was none in my area.

Not sure of the difference between open box or refurbished but since the latter is priced lower I might think they are non working ones that Apple refurbished as there is nothing BB can do to them except put a new band on and polish it.
