iPad Best Buy return/exchange policy?

I purchased a 16GB Air from Best Buy and am contemplating if it is enough storage or not. I don't put any music or movies on it so that's why I initially went with 16. I'm an elite plus member so I have 45 days for returns but how does it work with Apple products? Could I exchange it no questions asked and without penalty for the 32gb if I feel like I need it after 45 days?

Yes, you have 45 full day's since the date of purchase to play with your iPad and you can exchange it or return it for a full refund as long as it's in perfect condition. Make sure you hold onto the box and receipt. Being a premium silver member is awesome!

Pretty much what everyone else said! I'm glad I got my 64 Space Gray. If the Retina Mini comes out and I miss the small form factor of my old mini, I might just invest in that instead and return my Air. I have the same 45 days you do!

I think I'll keep my Air though, I'm pretty sold on it! 🙂

They'll mark the first iPad down $10 since it's now an open box. 😀

As long as you haven't returned or exchanged 3 items in then past 90 days, they'll gladly exchange your iPad. If you have returned 3 items I the past 90 days, bring a friend or relative to do the exchange. 😉

3 items in the past 90 days? Where did you hear this rule? I'm pretty sure I've returned 4 (small) products in the last 90 days actually.

If you bought it after 11/3 (I believe) you have until around 1/15. It's the holiday return policy.
