That's strange since both times I've tried to buy an iphone there they've tried to talk me into buying an Android.

I prefer purchasing from Apple directly - this way they have all the records of the purchase that are easily accessible by the Geniuses (if I need repair) and myself through the website.

Not surprised considering

BestBuy offers the same products as Apple but with a more generous return policy. i.e, no restocking fee for all their products including tablets and computers. 30 days refund policy (45 days for river members). Apples warranty still applies to BB purchases as BB is an authorized seller.

The manufactured news from the tech press has gotten so bad lately.

I've always brought my iPhone's and iPads straight and unlocked from Apple.

£15pm for 500 Calls, Unlimited Text and Data

£10pm for Unlimited iPad Data

Yum Yum.

Best Buy smells better than my local Apple Store.

However, I've been trying to buy an AT&T model iPhone 4s 64GB for a couple of months and no BB stores within a 100 miles have it in stock. You can't order it on-line or for store pickup either. It is nearly impossible to buy the 64GB AT&T model from BB.
