That stinks OP.:(

This past Saturday my local Best Buy were happy to price match the 2018 MBA and iPad Pro sale prices from MicroCenter, and give me Apple’s educational discount on the 2nd gen Pencil too: but my bank’s credit card unit kaboshed it by supposively not recognizing the phone number I was calling from (the very same phone number used to verify the iPhone 8+ I bought using the same credit card days before).

Both the manager* of this Best Buy and the Sales Associate I also worked with said any time I want to price match Apple stuff there, they would be glad to.

*The manager actually thanked me for coming to Best Buy to purchase.

I had both micro center pages open on my phone and was very polite to the Best Buy folks. I also opened Apple’s educational page for the pencil. Neither BB rep checked the model numbers, they looked at the storage size and the sale prices.

I wish you luck with future price matches at Best Buy.

Based on post #19. Without a doubt.
Because I don't want to shake hands with people, nor have strangers handle my personal phone or wallet items? Do you even know what a germaphobe is? While you think about why you're confused, I will tell you I still have oil residue to scrape from my hands as I've been working on my car engine earlier.

I know what a germaphobe is, and you are the perfect example of one. Working on a car engine has nothing to do with being a germaphobe. I'm sure many of the things you don't even think about when you touch them are far more germ ridden than the examples you gave above.
