Best Cable for PC to Pro Display XDR

I have a PC with an NVidia RTX 4070 that I would like to connect to a Pro Display XDR. The best solution I have seen mentioned is a Belkin bi-directional VR cable as it would let me install Boot Camp drivers and control brightness, etc. But that cable is very hard to find. Are there any other comparable cables that are more available?
