Best case 4 me

Hey =]
There are a few things I need the case 2 have:
:apple:Lay on the table design
:apple:As thin as possible - defence of scratches and short drops
:apple:Pretty =]
:apple:Looks good on BLACK iphone
:apple:Pocketable
:apple:Not 2 slippy - good holding in hand

BTW - I thought of two possible cases already and I'd like to hear from you any recommends \ unrecommends about them:

Seidio Innocase II Surface. It leaves the Apple logo exposed but protected by a clear film built into the case and it meets all of your other criteria (well most of them - the "pretty" part is subjective).
 
I'd recommend the Incase Slider. I have it in matte black and it meets all of your requirements.

About the Seido - I dont really like the way the apple logo is exposed =\ and its a slider, which i like less then shells
About the Incase - Idk.. I probably just like sliders less then shells =\

do you really think these are better then the seethru?
i really like the design and style of the seethru and so far, i haven't seen any reason not to buy it except the reason its a little hard to remove, but it doesnt seem to be that bad..


Does anybody own a seethru and could tell me about it?

The link I posted above is for th ecoshield slider. I am very impressed with this case. I have tried all types of incase sliders before all the metallics and matte blacks and pouches etc etc.
So I thouht I would go for something different and this ecoshield slider by far has been my favorite. Unlike other slider cases I had no scratches whatsoever on the phone when sliding the case in and out. The silicone bumpers around the edges of the phone are perfect for grip and yet doesn't keep the case from sliding in and out of your pocket for easy access.

I would think something like an iskin solo would work for you.

Its not silicone but it's much nicer material.
 
iphone case

so which is the best case to get for the iphone 3gs

have you seen the iqdesign case - cnc machined from a solid block of aluminium

my mates just got one and he says its fantastic

i'm not a fan of the plastic ones

any thoughts
 
i have just bought a metalic semi transparent case called "jade polish", it looks pretty definately, will check for its quality after received.i am excited for it.
 
Griffin Reveal is real thin and protects the iPhone really well. I dropped mine from 3-4ft in the air onto a hardwood floor. The iPhone is in great condition, but I dropped it so often that I cracked the case (really hard to do IMO) and replaced it.

The first time I bought it was within a month when the iPhone came out, and it was great quality. However, I just bought a new one last week and the quality is even better. It's around $30 bucks, go check it out.

There's a clear one with a black border (looks real slick on a white iPhone, it's the one I have), but I know yours is black so you can have that black on black look which also looks real good.
 
All those cases are ugly. Try the Power Support Air Jacket. Thin as hell, you can choose a whole assortment of colors, although I think that the clear or black ones look the nicest. Includes 2 reusable screen protectors (just take off, rinse with water, reapply).

I have it on my iPod touch, the clear one. It's less than 1mm thing and since it's clear, my friends haven't noticed it yet, even though it's been on for months.
 
Unfortunately you need the lay-on-the-table design, because I absolutely love my Incipio Feathers. I have 4 of them and they're great. I personally would never put a glass screen face down no matter what, but that's my preference.
