Hi everyone,

I'm a 23 year old university student and I just bought my new Macbook Air M1 8 core GPU in gold, so excited!
I haven't done much research on cases/sleeves and I was wondering if you guys could help me out!

What type of cases should I avoid to prevent my laptop from getting scratched up and damaged? What materials are the best?
Are hard cases a good option?
Do you guys have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance :)

I use a Runetz sleeve bought on Amazon for travelling with my MBP 15". It fits in my bag perfectly and has been great and durable for my use. Also, it's relatively inexpensive as well.

Anything that fits MacBook Air (2018) will fit the M1. The two piece hard cases are best for dent protection.

If you can go on Amazon there are many great cases to choose from...

Here's one that I ordered for mine
