We have a GMail family cloud account. I maintain it.
There may be better options but it has worked well for us. Being device independent really helps. Especially for photos. 😉

There are lots of options out there so as to not make people guess at what you are looking to do maybe a better explanation on what you are trying to accomplish is in order.
