best compression for youtube?

K i have a 200mb DV video file, need to get it down to a size thats practical for uploading to youtube, whilst maintaining the quality as much as possible


anyone have any suggestions? (Using qt Pro)

We recommend the following settings:

* MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
* 640x480 resolution (* most updated recommendation)
* MP3 audio
* 30 frames per second

Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your videos look better on YouTube.
