Best content blocker?

so I'm convinced of using a content blocker.
There is a small number of content blockers at the moment but are there already better and worse ones?

Which on do you use?

What is the difference between them anyway?

Do you know the aditional benefit of using more than one blocker?
Don't they get in trouble with each other?

It was $3.99 since it got released. Crystal was free yesterday & now I believe it $1.99. Correct me if I'm wrong.
