Best deal for a MacBook Pro

I just put in an order for a 1.83ghz MacBook from Amazon.com. By sigining up for the Amazon credit card, the final price after the $150 rebate will be $1819 which is better than the student discount price since Amazon doesnt charge any tax and offers free shipping. Also with their rewards progam, I will receive a $50 gift card for making this purchase that I can use to buy additional ram from one of the various Amazon marketplace vendors. This has to be the best deal around for purchasing a Macbook Pro.
