I have an Aeron at home and one at the office.

I'm in the dual Aeron club as well.

I have the base model at work and the fully adjustable version at home.

At this point I actually prefer the base model better - I think I need to figure out how the stupid forward tilt function works. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
