Best Dock for...

I currently have a MacBook Air 2020 M1 with 16 GB RAM. Here are my needs:

1. 3 USB ports

2. 2 HDMI hookup for dual HP 23er monitors

3. Ethernet adapter

I need it powerful enough to run everything simultaneously without deeply slowing down performance.

Any docks work best for this that may be compatible with DisplayLink software?

Im not sure if you can hook up 2 monitors with the M1 MacBook though?
