Best download manager on OSX?

Wasn't sure where to put it so putting it here. Just moved to Mac from Windows. I've been using Internet Download Manager for the past 12+ years on Windows and I learned its not available on OSX. That's sad. I think it is the BEST download manager ever created. It boosted the download speed easily by 5-6x as compared to downloading on Firefox/Chrome. What is the best alternative for Mac? (Must have a free trial so I can test it first).

You could look at Folx and jDownloader.

Mac IDM is useless without file extension.. You cant even download a file on any browser.
