What are the best export settings for this? The file I have is 720p 30fps and is at three gigs right now. What is the best possible high quality setting in iMovie HD?

Good idea! Should I just export a full res quicktime file from iMovie?

That's what I would do. Gives you a complete, intact Quicktime MOV to start with. While you're at it, create either a version for AppleTV or Computer and then you can ditch the huge QT file.

Thanks a LOT. I should have been able to figure that out myself, but I guess that's what this forum is for. Much appreciated.
