Best export for iMovie HD video to YouTube

What are the best export settings for this? The file I have is 720p 30fps and is at three gigs right now. What is the best possible high quality setting in iMovie HD?

Open it in Quicktime X. Share -> Youtube and away you go.

That's what I would do. Gives you a complete, intact Quicktime MOV to start with. While you're at it, create either a version for AppleTV or Computer and then you can ditch the huge QT file.
