best export option in FCE 4

i am looking to export without having to compress the file to where it becomes all pixalated and such. what is the best option for this?

any help would be appreciated.


EDIT: i will be showing this on a big screen, so I need a resolution that will be able to be blown up and still be in good quality.

Depends on Playback option...

Will you be playing this directly from your computer? If so best setting would be a Quicktime export set all your options to High quality and frame rate to 29.97 ..Dont keyframe and set colors to millions. Set compression to None. (Get ready for a huge file!!!)

If you will be exporting it to burn for dvd. Best options is to export using compressor . Single pass Vbr , motion estimator best and bit rate between 6.5-6.9 (any higher wont burn!!!)
