Best export setting for iMovie 08/Canon HF10

Hi,

do you know which are the best export setting for iMovie 08? I wish the max quality.

I recorded with my Canon HF10 with maximum bitrate in 1080i.

The best export depends on what you are going to be doing with the project. Do you wish to put it on YouTube, iPod, DVD, etc.? The best quality export is just a QuickTime export without any codecs like H.264.
