Hi! I'm planning to buy a MacBook Pro 15" (as you see in my signature). I was just wondering what you guys this the best external monitor is...ASIDE from the :apple: Cinema Display which I can no where afford.

I'm looking at an HP 25" LED Monitor. Here's the specs.

Monitor type
25" ultra-slim LED monitor

Native Resolution
1920x1080

Contrast Ratio (typical)
1,000:1 (typical) 3,000,000:1 (Dynamic)

Brightness (typical)
250 nits

Pixel pitch
0.288 mm

Response rate (typical)
5 ms

Sound
No

ENERGY STAR Qualified
ENERGY STAR qualifed and EPEAT Silver registered

Signal Input Connector

VGA
DVI-D (with HDCP)
HDMI (with HDCP)

Misc. Tilt
Yes (-5 to +25 degrees)

Dimensions
17.41 (h) x 23.82 (w) x 7.26 (d)

Is it any good? I'm unaware as to how to determine monitor specs.

Also, is anyone else get a Google Chrome thing that says "No Data Received". I'm on PC so it could just be the crappyness effecting Google Chrome's amazingness.

Go with an ultrasharp display from Dell. The u2311h offers the best bang for the buck.
