Pretty good but the see through display would get annoying you wouldn't be able to see anything really.

I remember this being posted before, but no prob, it's totally refreshing to see it again :).
Last time it was posted it garnered about 7 pages of posts

Love it. Whoever made it should be hired in the Apple design team. Really...

I remember when that first picture was making the rounds. Sure made an impression back then, and most certainly still does!!!

Fantastic design. Wish it were real!

I don't. Why would I want to see all the cords I've so carefully hidden behind my computer?

Is the first picture a photo though, a cad rendering isn't technically a photo

To bad that keyboard in the first pic is curved the wrong way. My wrists are already feeling the pain :p

I love the keyboard, the mouse looks interesting with the clear/silvery/plastic like shading. Not keen one bit on the clear display. It seems overkill and if it was to be a real design it looks cheap. As I said the keyboard is intriguing, it looks as if it'll glow at night.

It would become opaque based on setting. Obviously a transparent screen would not work.

I don't think the first pic was ever meant to be a "fake", I believe the original artist released it as a concept image.

    Very cool though

That would of been a wicked PowerMac instead of a PoweBook. It could of been a higher end version of the iMac :) Even though it would of looked very weird.

The top image is a concept image for "Mac of the future"
it was created for and featured in an article of Mac Format in the UK about 4 months ago.

Wow, that actually looks very real. Everything makes sense, but I can't imagine the Mac Tower looking like that, don't ask me why. I pictured it to look more like a cube. But who knows, it may see the light of day at WWDC.
