Best FM transmitter that doesn't need car charger

My car's tape deck recently died. My car charger is also non-functional. I bought an FM transmitter but it did not work since it required power from the car charger.

Can anyone recommend an iPhone 3G-compatible FM transmitter that doesn't require a car charger to work?

Why don't you just replace the fuse to your car charger?

I have a Motorola T505. It is a bluetooth speaker phone that also has a built in FM transmitter. I absolutely love it. Battery life is great also.
