What is the best folders app for the ipad? I am looking for something works similar to folders on ip4. Anything like that?

In Categories, the folders act like an app, with CategoriesSB, they act like a springboard page -- much faster to open and close, and if you put the folder icons into the dock, you can switch to another folder without first closing the currently open folder.
