I'm helping a friend move over to a new 27" iMac (yay!) and they've NEVER created a backup of their contacts. So I had to connect their old phone, use active sync to get their contacts off of their phone. Now that the phone contacts are on the computer. I want to export them to be used on a Mac.

What is the best format and way to get them ready to be on their new mac? Should I export them to a file and then select:

1) Comma Separated Values (Windows)
2) Personal Address Book
3) Personal Folder File (.pst)
4) Tab Separated Values (Windows)

There are several other but these looked like the best way but wanted to check.

Ideas?
