Yes, Paragon has HFS+ and APFS software for Windows.

Mounty is not a "free App to write on NTFS", Mounty is a shim that un-mounts then re-mounts the drive read-write using the kernel NTFS support. Think about Apple not enabling that by default, think about all the caveats on the Mounty page, then decide if you want to trust your data to it.
Paragon works fine... but it's not free...
I do. No problems. Fits the OP.Mounty is not a "free App to write on NTFS", Mounty is a shim that un-mounts then re-mounts the drive read-write using the kernel NTFS support. agreed... but why are you quoting me?I'd be wary of a free solution. A disk driver that writes to a disk can very easily corrupt the whole thing. Personally I'd want to use a widely used (tested by many) driver such as Paragons' which is supported by a well known vendor.
ntfs-3g should work for a free, but not high performance, solution.
Paragon HFS likes to destroy HFS partitions (google it) so i wouldn't use it.
OP asked about writing on Mac HD from windows in a later post though. Anyways, NTFS on a Mac should be fine. Just don’t use any implementation that hacktivates the built in NTFS write support as that’s pretty unstableThat is a Windows product for writing HFS+ for a mac. We're talking NTFS on a Mac. In the years I've used it never heard of any problems with it.
