best free FTP app working on M1 Macs running Monterey?

Haven't used an FTP app in at least 5 years but need to make a quick update. What's the best free FTP app that will work on M1 Macs running Monterey? Don't have Rosetta installed and prefer not to. Thanks.

if you're happy with commandline in Terminal then Z Shell has zftp built-in with useful functions: 'man zshzftpsys'
