I second this motion, I would pay money for this app

So how are you actually using it?
I've tried it ones and the only 2 things I was doing with it was:
1: use it to launch apps
2: use it to launch websites that I added to it

And actually on the second one was remotely useful.

is seashore really as powerful as the GIMP

Seashore is a great little app, however, it does lack a lot of features the GIMP has. I wish seashore was more robust, because I like the fact that it is native. But perhaps that would ruin the appeal for some users won't ever use the advanced features.

It's possible you'll never notice the features Seashore doesn't share with the GIMP, but I got annoyed with some of the cropping settings and filters (or lackthereof) and went back to the GIMP.

Can you explain what PS3 Media Server is?

Does it have anything to do with PS3 gaming on your iMac?:D

The PS3 Media Server is a DLNA Server that streams video and music from your Mac or PC to the Playstation. It even transcodes mkv files on the fly (if you have enough horsepower) and streams them to your PS3. More info and download at: http://ps3mediaserver.blogspot.com/

The latest beta can be downloaded here: http://ps3mediaserver.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3217

"Supercan" or "Trash it."

Both empty the trash with great speed. I am astounded at how long the built in command to empty the trash takes.

I also love "Clipmenu" which saves the clipboard history; copied text or images.

The one I use the most though is the old "Alarm Clock 2.4.5" which wakes me up to my iTunes music. Amazing it still works....

HERE Maps

The free app named HERE Maps is fantastic, in my opinion.

You can download maps of U.S. states, or regions of other countries, and save favorite locations or planned destinations.

Then you can navigate to any saved favorite or a place name or address you type, starting from your current location, with turn by turn directions, without an Internet connection. (If you have Internet access you don't need to download maps ahead of time.)

It syncs through a free cloud account if you want your favorites on more than one device.

I've used it in 3 cities in 2 countries so far and it's been perfect. I recommend it to travelers or people who want to conserve their cell service time.
