Best Free Proxy Server

    Hi;

    Been asked loads before but here goes, I am working abroad and would like to watch TV on iPlayer and the like. What is the best free Proxy Server? I tried Hotspot Shield but when you try to change the location to UK it asks you to upgrade to Hotspot Shield Elite.

    Here is a good list of proxies, free and not.

    Is your home located in the same place as where you want the proxy server? You could set up a VPN on a desktop there if that is the case.
