Best gaming graphics card for Mac Pro?

Hi guys,

I have a Mac Pro and I am a gamer, what's the best graphics card for the Mac Pro at the moment that doesn't require any flashing?

Would the current answer to this question be the 5870? I'm hoping to upgrade to something with more VRAM soon but am not sure how hard it is to flash a card...

6870 requires no flashing on 10.6.8 and Lion. No boot screen of course, but other than that seems to work fine.
