Ok so my case collection is growing. Just ordered the Defender for the 5s with the NY Yankees logo on the back. From your experience, which glass screen protector is the best to work with the defender?

Well I dropped mine over the weekend and no scratch or crash. I'm using the iLoome flex screen shield with a Spigen Ultra Hybrid case. idk I think case helped more than the screen protector.

Spigen Tr Nano Slim is amazing. Very easy installation, and its completely crystal clear. Add in that it works great with the Otterbox Defender, and the phone is completely protected :)

So you went with the Spigen? That's a good choice. There are other glass screen protectors that are even thinner such as the Mime feather glass + (.15mm), or iloome screenmate flexible glass (.12mm). Just some more suggestions incase anything happens to yours and need a replacement.

Though I don't see why you'd really need a screen protector if the case has a lip so when you set it down face down the screen doesn't touch the surface.

I appreciate the feedback. Ended up returning the defender back to otterbox. It is just too much case for me. Have a tough armor coming in for both the wife and me. She will have the white and I will have the silver. Might get a few extra back plates for extras.

The screen protector is amazing. Such an easy installation, and just totally crystal clear. Awesome!
