Seems tricky to get a permanent adhesion between plastic and aluminum. What kind of glue is best for these two materials?

I never thought about it before but shouldn't Apple be using another solution since these come off so easily? It seems ironic that they have such high industrial design standards yet 4 rubber feet are just stuck on.

I gave up a long time ago trying to keep those rubber feet from falling off. I bought some those round self stick felt furniture surface protectors and they work great.

I’ve had one fall off my old MBA. this did the trick and AFAIK it still has all rubber feet on. It’s industrial grade and very professional. Jus the careful not to stick all your fingers together.

Sugru is the ultimate fix. You can create perfect rubber feet, but on the contrary of the original feet, that last forever.
