Best GPS app for multiple designations?

Hi! I'm starting my real estate career, however, I'm finding both google maps and apple maps lacking in automatically planning and routing designations if I have to go to ten different places a day. Is there an app that can help sort things by distance with point of origin and ending point? Thanks guys!

I'm not going to be able to sit in my car and program it. I rather do it quickly on my phone or computer using copy and paste if possible.

You won't have to sit in your car to program it but have you looked at Tom Tom or Garmin's phone apps? Again, I don't know about them doing what you want.
