Does anyone have a good recommendation of a grocery list application where we can sync via an API or a cloud service such that my wife can create a list, I can open the app on my phone, see the list, add some items, etc. Then she'll see the items. We can check groceries that we've purchased, etc. I know there are a LOT of options out there, per my google searching, but I wanted to check here to see if anyone has any faves. Thanks!

I find Reminders to be pretty limited, and the sharing isn't super intuitive.
Wunderlist is a pretty good option. It's geared to lists in general.
I just started playing around w/ Wunderlist. Only issue is that it's limited unless you upgrade to a service. I don't want to pay an annual fee. I'd rather have it integrate with something like dropbox or btsync so I have the files locally.

Maybe there's nothing for what I'm looking for at the moment...

I'd love a good grocery list app as well, but my must have is a scanner so I can hit the barcodes of the items I frequently get and then easily add the exact item back on to the list. For example, instead of typing in Eggs, I would scan the last box and it would show the exact brand and quantity. Anything like that available?

I use the Reminders. I have a list called Grocery. I make the list items location based with Publix address as the location. When I walk in the door of Publix my iPad, iPhone and Pebble all get alerts with each item I need to buy.

"Siri, remind me to buy milk when I get to Publix"

Grocery IQ lets you add items to your favorites by scanning the barcode
