Best handoff-enabled apps

Hello,

I created this thread for apps which are hand-off enabled. Hand-off was found in OS X Yosemite+ and iOS 8+.

I have these:

PDF Expert
Pixelmator
iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)

NEW:

Ulysses
